A Vintage & typical Ardéchois gite
6 km from Valence-Sud and in the heart of the historic and typical area of the village of Soyons, between the Rhône and the Ardéchois hills, this independent gîte, at a distance from the owners' house, is the result of a long process of of renovation in an old agricultural barn which was also for a time the workshop of an artist-painter. The gîte is in the form of a 50 m² “Art-deco” Vintage Loft on the ground floor, with a large terrace by the swimming pool.

Patrick and Pascale like to welcome and make sure to offer a quality place to stay, a comfortable space for relaxation and rejuvenation, both modern and vintage. Patrick is a graphic designer and painter, and therefore very attentive to the decoration and the atmosphere of the Gîte. We are both hosts and travel enthusiasts ourselves, so sensitive to a welcome that is both discreet, while being available to meet all your expectations...

If this isn't heaven, it looks like it!
We spent 5 great days with Patrick and his wife.
The accommodation is very comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated! We found everything we needed there (including for our baby: travel cot and brand new booster seat!)
The pool is also very nice.
Patrick and his wife are very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. We were able to use their barbecue, their washing machine... they were very available to us and discreet at the same time. We look forward to returning !

It was really great. Patrick has thought of everything to make the stay really pleasant. Very clean, very comfortable and well equipped accommodation. The pool is perfect. A really lovely stay which we recommend for a relaxing holiday with interesting sights to see nearby.

Super cozy cottage, very pleasant. Nicely decorated, nothing is missing.
Our hosts are attentive and ready to advise us on the surrounding walks.
As we wished, our week was filled with beautiful nature walks, pretty villages, and of course the little splash in the swimming pool made available to us. Very pleasant sheltered outdoor terrace.

A real little haven of peace, the Grange de Soyons delighted us throughout our stay in the Ardèche. Patrick and his family welcomed us very friendly and the cohabitation was obvious. We warmly recommend this superb address ideally located for all nature lovers and others... (Valencia being located right next to it and having been, for us, a very nice discovery). To try it is to adopt it !

We were very well received by Patrick when we arrived at the gîte. Its location at the end of the village gives access to a beautiful walk towards the leaning tower. It is located in front of an impressive cliff and an exceptional set of cavities which has revealed traces of Middle Paleolithic occupation. Patrick will take care of telling you some anecdotes about it! Do not hesitate to visit the cave and the museum of Soyons. In his explanations, Patrick really wants to make the stay of his guests as pleasant as possible. A bottle of wine and a can of beer (locally produced) was graciously offered to us! The cottage is beautifully decorated! The furniture is very comfortable, the terrace and the swimming pool are accessible through a large bay window with sliding patio doors. We were able to deposit our mountain bikes and our hiking gear in his garage. The kitchen is well equipped, the fridge just big enough for two people! Patrick offered us to enjoy the pool at any time of the day. In summary, I can only recommend this place beautifully located between the Ardèche and the Drôme
