Your departure can be made until 12 noon at the latest.
The dishes and the fridge must be left clean and the trash cans placed near the cottage (50 meters - rue de la Tour) and in the selective sorting area (at the exit are towards Valence) also near the cottage. The cottage must be given in its original state, that is to say all in its place if you have moved furniture or other objects.
The cottage is non-smoking. An ashtray is available outside, on the terrace, for smokers.
Please plan to come with your bath towel (s). For the bathroom, the toilet linen is provided, as well as two 35 ml shampoo pods, two soaps and liquid soap with a sink. The sheets are also provided and the bed (Queen Size - 160 cm wide) is already made on your arrival. The kitchen is fully equipped and you have all the dishes necessary for your stay.

For your stay, you will also have all the necessary household products, as well as a vacuum cleaner, and complete equipment for cleaning during your stay (if necessary), as well as 3 rolls of toilet paper for your start of stay. A laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer independent of the gîte are also at your disposal, with all the necessary products. Important: the cottage is equipped with a sanibroyeur, so please put toilet paper, and no other form of paper or textile material. Insert (wood fire) cannot be used during the stay for reasons of safety, standards and cleanliness. A lamp (Tibetan salt) has therefore been planned to replace to provide room light, and the gîte firewood stock is intended only for decoration. An inventory will be made on arrival and departure, and a deposit check of 230 euros will be requested on your arrival if you have settled directly via our website, and of course returned to your departure if there is no potential damage. Otherwise the deposit is done via the booking platform of your choice.

Cleaning costs (end of stay) and tourist taxes are included in your payment. Important: collective festivals are not allowed in the cottage. You can nevertheless receive friends on a visit, but in reduced number and only with our agreement and if they do not reside on site. On the other hand, access to the barbecue for grills is completely accessible. Newspaper will be made available to start the fire, but we will ask you to pick up the "little wood" nearby or provide charcoal to power the fire.
If you book directly via our site (secure payment via stripe), a deposit will be requested to validate your stay. For low season periods, stays are at least 4 days and 6 days for high season periods.
Beyond all these details, we wish you a very pleasant stay, and are delighted to welcome you to our cottage!
We remain at your disposal if you have any questions. Your comfort is our priority!
Patrick and Pascale
