Description of the neighborhood:
The environment is peaceful and located close to many marked paths, on the edge of the GR 42 and some ViaRhôna which is part of the European route Euro Bike 17, located less than 500 m from the gîte. A beautiful starting point for a wide variety of walks, hikes and mountain bike trails or VTC bikes!
On site, you can discover the leaning tower or visit the prehistoric caves ,the archaeological museum, and the site developed Ardèche trains.
In the village you will find all essential shops nearby, but also a tennis court, a squash, badminton and indoor football hall, as well as restaurants, a bakery with terrace and " The train station ", a beautiful bar-cafeteria area along the ViaRhôna,
Nearby (Drôme or Ardèche):
Villages of character, hiking, canoeing, climbing, horse riding, swimming in the river, fishing and Côtes-du-Rhône wine cellars, without forgetting the wine routes of Diois and Drôme Provençale.
You can also discover Valence and stroll through the old town and its pedestrian streets, with the famous Peynet kiosk, Place des Clercs and its many gastronomic terraces, Parc Jouvet, etc.
Tourist sites also abound around Ardèche (Château de Crussol, Eyrieux Valley, Ardèche Gorges, Mont Gerbier de Jonc, Devesset Lake, Country Bistros, etc.) and in the Drôme (Vercors, Drôme provençale, Tour de Crest, Mirmande, Cliousclat, Pont-en-Royans, etc.)
